The program will feature planetarium sessions, telescope tutorials, eclipse activities, and discussions with local and national scientists. Attendees (grades 6-12) will receive a book from a distinguished scientist and children’s author and Eclipse glasses.

The program will offer an explanation of the Total Solar Eclipse for students grades 6-12, who may be unfamiliar with the Earth-Sun-Moon System. It aims to provide essential background knowledge so that scholars can fully grasp and appreciate the upcoming total solar eclipse event on April 8th.
